Well at least wear something so you don't freeze your assets !

Agree with you, only I will choose for a skirt above the knees, both the dress and skirt combined with thick tights or a legging.

Whenever its winter time I usually wear,
-Either a above the knee length mink or wool coat (the latter with leather sleeves),
-Leather winter gloves with fur cuffs if I have on the mink coat, or cotton gloves if its the wool coat,
-Knee high heel boots if I'm wearing a skirt of knee length dress underneath the coat, or ankle boots if I'm wearing jeans or dress trousers.
-Sometimes white hat.
