Trouble with Siri

Postby zilt » Sat Sep 20, 2014 11:27 am

I ask Siri "What's a moron?" I get the addresses of all the Chinese restaurants in town. How is that even possible?

Hmmm, I just asked Siri that same question and she said "I'd blush if I could".

I think it's just an issue with how the technology works. Sometimes Siri misunderstands me as well, and I've been told I am good at enunciating. My dad has my mom entered into his iPhone as "wife", and one time he asked Siri to "call wife" like he usually does. Siri responded with "Which one?"

Well...Siri is just a computer program, and therefore has no real gender, but Siri has a woman's voice, leading to most people referring to Siri as she.

On the odd occasion when I have tried to use Siri I just get a response along the lines of "I'm sorry, can you please repeat that?".
Sure God created man before woman. But then you always make a rough draft before the final masterpiece.

When i set my Siri up I set him up as a man and chose the accent.

Thats great but mine is def male as the option to change from male to female and what country he or she is from.

Settings > General> Siri> Siri Voice >Male or Female then Australian, Americal or British accent you can also change the language.

I wouldnt say something just to make it up that would be silly :)

Other than male or female, could I change into a koala and emit gentle growls?
