I really hate it when I go to my local village store to get a "freshly baked" demi baguette for my lunch, and they've run out. How could they under estimate how many to ding in the mini oven they have? After all, they'd be far better doing too many than too few considering the mark up on them. And the owner could eat any left over ones for his supper. Bastards.

I just bought a fresh pane di casa and I only really need half of the loaf. I could send you some, but I think it might be stale by the time it gets there...
