Ran over an Elephant once in a mini metro boy that was hard took a few attempts to get over it. :dance:

Only time ran someone over is when they was all in a Ford Granada five of them we was in a Chieftain Tank

Unfortunately, when I was 17 I hit a cat. I was driving a motorcycle, it was night, and it came out of nowhere. I felt so bad but it was alive so that was a consolation at least. I've always been a safe driver, so haven't really experienced anything serious.

Was in London recently and it seems the bus drivers have no such worries. They probably compete to see who can "get" the most pedestrians.

I had a pigeon commit suicide on the front of my little MG recently ... but as it was flying at the time I don't think that was technically "running it over", was it?

The only thing I've definitely run over was on my bicycle, when I was 13, and a crow tried to fly across just in front of me and didn't make it. Both wheels went over it, and I felt nauseous for a long time after.

I agree Becky. I always assumed running over something means that my wheels roll over it.
