Unromantic Weddings

I have recently been to the most boring and unromantic wedding. It took 15 minutes at the city hall.
From what I understood the bride wanted it that way. The only thing is that I know the groom and I know what a romantic person he is.
I feel bad for him.
Have you ever been to such a wedding?

Re: Guys With Earrings in 2016

I believe that nowadays it's completely fine for guys to wear earrings. There might still be social situations where earrings on guys will call too much attention. But what's the problem. You just take out the earring(s) for a couple of hours and put them back in. I guess that the biggest fear for m...

Re: Engagement Ring

That' s a nice story. I have actually started to wear a wedding band right after my engagmen and then at some point I just let it be. It was way to unpractical and hurt me all the time. Now I haven't been using a wedding band for over 5 years.

Re: Guests struggle with gifts for same sex marriages

it 's funny. Whenever I feel under pressure the gift ideas never come up. On the other hand they pop up in my had on the weirdest occasions and never at the right time. I have now made it a habit to buy gifts and box them whenever an idea comes up. I put a note on the box for myself to remember what...

Re: 5 Reasons why rings make the perfect anniversary gift

Hi. I have read your post and I believe that all your five reasons are great. Giving rings as anniversary gifts is always great. However, I believe that there are a lot more reasons to give your loved one a diamond ring. Some of them are: You can make your partner have sparkle in her eyes when she r...

Re: Engagement Ring

I think you should go exactly with the one she pointed out. My thought is that even if she consciously choose that ring because she did know that you cannot afford more she would go mad if you get her a more expensive ring. Why? Because she cares about your financial wellbeing. Buying her a even mor...

Re: Diamond Engagement Ring and Wedding Band?

Here in the U.S., most married women wear both rings next to each other on the same finger. A few stop wearing the engagement ring after they receive the wedding band, usually for practical reasons (the two of them together are too big and interfere with physical dexterity, for example). I have nev...

Diamond Engagement Ring and Wedding Band?

I am in doubt. Should I wear only my diamond engagement ring alone? Or does it go together with my wedding band?

Re: Ms. Dress Up Zipper Pull

Really clever and at the same time funny idea. I think it might be a niche product thought.
Many will want to decide what necklace they want to wear on which occasion. If the necklace stays attached to the dress you have only one option...that is not so good
