thanks hun, it made us all laugh, we thought once it was mostly deflated it'd be dead easy to shift, we were very wrong. we got it done but it was exhausting and I certainly wasn't dressed for it

I'm in a dress with tights and heels today too, btw x

I had patent nude courts on, with very high stiletto heels.
it's lovely and sunny here now but its certainly autumnal, more rain and stuff on the way I'm sure.

I usually slip them off under my desk after returning from lunch for an hour or so. They are feeling fine today :)

Hehe, do the other girls in your office do similarly, you're the manager aren't you?

Yes I'm a team manager but I sit in an open plan area and I have no problem with the girls slipping their shoes off if they wish, as the often do. They are sensibly professional enough to put them on for visitors or team meetings

seems sensible enough if it's just behind their desks. do your employees wear a uniform Marie? x

No Louise, just suitable office attire. What about your work? Are staff allowed to go shoeless?,

Hi Marie
Its frowned upon I would say! We can get away with slipping them off for a few minutes discreetly under our desks but I couldn't go padding round the office with just tights on!

Slipping them off is totally ok. Padding around the office in tights...god nooooooo!! My girls would get severely chastised for such a sin.

THe silliest thing that comes to mind would be when I decided it was a good idea to walk around in Rome for a day in 5 inch stiletto sandals a couple of years ago. Probably looked great but at the end of that day I promised myself I would never wear heels again. It took about two days before that promise was broken...
